10 STRANGEL Stay Healthy ls WAYS TO We all know the secrets to staying healthy: A diet rich in fruits and vegetables; regular exercise; seven to eight hours of sleep daily; and staying away from drugs, tobacco and excess alcohol. But there are other, less well-known ways you can avoid disease, stay strong and live longer. Here are 10 of them: 1. Have Sex.
