HOW TO CYCLE YOUR FISH TANK Set up your aquarium Add a few hardy fish or pure ammonia (fishless cycle) 3 Test water regularly for ammonia Add fish gradually once tank is cvcled SO YOU'VEGOT A NEW FISHTANK.. AWESOME! Before you can sustain happy and healthy fish you must cycle your aquarium. Cycling your fish tank means that you are building a healthy colony of good bacteria in your filter. A good biological filter means that your fish will not be poisoned by their own waste.
