When and how much water you should take ?

1 PM- AT LUNCH During your meal drinking 1 or 2 glass of water will not prevent you from digesting your food. 4 PM- IN THE 11 AM- MORNING AFTERNOON BREAK Drink 1 or 2 glass of water during morning break to increase your chance to consume targeted amount of water per day. Between lunch and dinner it's common to feel thirsty. So listen to your body and drink some glasses of water. 8 PM- DINNER TIME 8 AM- IN THE MORNING Now it's time to achieve your goal. Drink Some glass of water to feel the satisfaction of reaching your goal. To get up your body drink 2 glass of water in an empty stomach. To make your morning energetic don't forget to eat and drink water in the morning.
