Many of these have now been made obsolete by better technology, yet we still use a TB vaccine intro- duced almost 100 years ago - a vaccine that is out of date, ineffective and no longer fit for pur- pose. For a new vaccine, we need governments to invest in global health R&D. That way, we can make sure the TB vaccine - and TB - goes the way of the floppy disk.
