Why Workouts Consistently Lead to a Healthier You

WHY WORKOUTS CONSISTENTLYLEAD TO A HEALTHIER YOU Working out once is easy. Having a workout plan? Far more difficult. But, you need a consistent workout routine with varied exercises to stay healthy and fit. While you should work out most days, you should not do the same workout. Switch it up. Working the same muscles will lead you to burn out or injury. When you have a routine, you typically have a fixed amount of time allotted to your workout. Why does this work? You plan for it and can plan around it. When you don't have a time slot, you'll ignore the workout every time. Varying workouts also challenges your body physically and mentally in addition to ensuring full-body strength. When you vary your workouts, you resist the body's urge to adapt to the exercise stimulus. Be sure to create your own workout plan. When you develop your own, you'll be self-motivated to complete it. A good fitness routine forces you to stick with it and not skips numerous days. You feel guilty when you skip. How does this help? You are consistently enduring your workouts.
