TELECENTRES: WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY DO Telecentre Europe is a non-formal training network and European non-for- profit organisation (NGO) grouping 54 organisations in 32 countries.* These organisations are publicly funded telecentres and their networks, ICT learning centres, adult education centres and libraries where everyone can access the Internet, learn digital skills, discover digital opportunities and keep up-to-date with technology.
