Today the halls are flecked with cell phone screens, and in some classrooms paper and pencil have been replaced with laptops and tablets. How has that affected education, and how much should it be regulated? The Ideal Age At some point kids have to learn how to use computers, but most people don't think laptops should be allowed in class until high school.
