Measurement Guide 1. Bust • This is not your bra size 2. Upper Bust • Wear a bra when taking the measurement • Measures around your chest, above the b reasts and across the armpit • Relax arms at sides • Important to measure tightly for strapless styles • Measures around your chest, across the fullest part of the bust • This measurement should be less than the measurement of the bust(exceptions can occur) 3. Under Bust 4. Waist Measures around your chest, underneath the bust • Find your waist and measure around your body • Your natural waist is the thinnest part of your upper body, usually a little it above your belly button • Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room • This measurement should be taken approximately 40 centimeters beow your shoulder levei 7. Shoulder to Waist 5. Hip • Measure on top of your shoulder, right between your neck and the shoulders edge, down to your waistline • Measure across the widest part of the hips • Tape should brush across both hipbones • Remember to use the same height for your waistline as before • The measurement should be around 40 cm 6. Shoulder to Shoulder • Measure from the edge of the shoulder, across the back to the same point on the other shoul- der 8. Body Length • Stand straight with feet together • Measure in bare feet • Measure from the top of you shoulder, let the measuring ta fall straight down to the groun • The difference between "You Actual Height" and "Body Length" should be around 25 cm. The difference is equal to your neck and head 9. Your Actual Height 10. High Heels of Your Shoes • Stand straight with feet together • Measure in bare feet • Measure from the top of your head and pull tape straight down to the floor • The difference between "Your Actual Height" and "Body Length" should be around 25 cm.
