In 1960, a country's data point includes its colonies. If those colonies became independent by 2010, they are linked to their 1960 data point by a letter following their designated number. For example, the U.K. is number 29, so its former colonies Belize and the Bahamas are listed in 2010 as 29a and 29b, respectively. 73. Indonesia 74.
