The impact is widespread and cyclic - waking up to the crisis is the need of the moment, before the heart-health hourglass empties out for good. What is CVD? Cardiovascular Disease, or Heart Disease, is a class of non-communicable diseases that affect the heart and blood vessel system. The term is mostly used to refer to atherosclerosis, or arterial disease.
