INFO IFBB BIKINI FITNESS GRAPHICS International Rules by Rossella Pruneti www.rossellapruneti.com IFBB Women Bikini Fitness is a sport discipline for women who prefer an overall body tone, achieved through athletic endeavors and diet; a nice and firm appearance with a decreased amount of body fat - neither excessively muscular nor excessively lean - with the emphasis on a "healthy and fit" physique, in an attractively presented "Total Package". JUNIOR OPEN OPEN 16 through 23 years old CLASS C Over 168 cm CLASS B Up to & including 168 cm CLASS A Up to & including 163 cm 6. > 16 years old 6 101 2 3 4 The attire is a two-piece bikini, which must conform to the following criteria: The bikini willI be of any color and pattern. The bikini must be in a good taste. Jewellery may be worn provided it will be in a good taste. The bikini bottom will cover a minimum of 1/3 of the gluteus maximus and bottom part of the frontal area. 1/3 gluteus maximus covered The hair may be styled. High-heels of any style and color will be worn during this round. Athletes are expected to have a natural and healthy tan. Strings are strictly prohibited. Platform high-heels will be strictly prohibited. Competitors will not chew gums or candies while onstage. Staining, removable bronzers are strictly prohibited. |> 15 cmeiors Selection of top 15 through the 4 Quarter Turns in numerical order, and in groups of not more than five competitors at a time. Quarter Turn Right (left side facing judges) Front Stance Quarter Turn Back (back facing judges) Quarter Turn Right (right side facing judges) Quarter Turn Front (face front to the judges) Quarter Turns - PREJUDGING Selection of the top 6 through initial comparisons in numerical order and in groups not bigger than five, then comparisons proposed by the judges. Assessing This Round a general impression of the physique; the hair and façial beauty; overall body development and shape; the presentation of a balanced, symmetrically developed, complete physique; the athlete's ability to present herself with confidence, poise and grace. Front Stance Quarter Turn Right (left side facing judges) Quarter Turn Right (right side facing judges) (face front to the judges) Quarter Turn Back Quarter Turn Front (back facing judges) Front Stance One hand resting on the hip. One leg slightly moved forward and to the side. Quarter Turn Right Face looking at the judges. Upper body slightly turned toward the judges. Left hand resting on the left hip. Feet placed freely but not together. Quarter Turn Back The other arm One hand resting on the hip. hanging relaxed at the side of the body. Feet not more than 30 cm apart. Competitors are not allowed to turn their upper body towards the judges and should face the back of the stage at all time during the comparison. Quarter Turn Right Face looking at the judges. Upper body slightly turned toward the judges. Right hand resting on the right hip. Feet placed freely but not together. T-Walking and Quarter Turns - FINALS Assessing This Round a general impression of the physique; the hair and façial beauty; the overall body development and shape; the presentation of a balanced, symmetrically developed, complete physique; the athlete's ability to present herself with confidence, poise and grace. The procedures for Round 2 will be as follows: The top 6 finalists will be called on stage, onę by one, in numerical order and will perform the T-Walking: 5 5 steps to the right 10 steps to the left 1 & 2 The competitor will walk to the center of the stage, will stop and perform front stance. 3 The competitor will then turn to her right and walk 5 steps towards the side of the stage, will stop and perform front and back stance. 4 The competitor will then turn top her right, walk 10 steps to the other side of the stage, will stop and perform front and back stance. 5 The competitor will then walk to the line-up in the rear part of the stage. The top 6 finalists will be direcțed to the center of the stage, in a single line and in numerical order to perform the quarter turns in numerical order and then in the reverse order.
