Emergency Preparedness Our first goal is always to prevent incidents before they happen, but if they do happen, we are ready to respond safely and effectively, in partnership with local first response agencies, and regional and national authorities. That's why we practice, over and over again, to make sure that our systems, people and plans are ready for action. In 2015, thousands of members of our team participated in more than 363 drills, exercises and equipment deployments in our operations across North America. 1I и Training together Responding to anincident is complex, and may involve many firstresponseagencies. Weinvite local, regional and national firstresponders to observe and participate in our emergency response drills so that we can all work together safely and efficiently if an incident occurs. We regularly review, share and test our plans to ensure that they are up-to-date and to make thembetter.
