RELEASE: NOVEMBER 2011 SURVEY POPULATION: 97.000 Kelly Global Workforce Index": The Evolving Workforce LOCATION: 30 COUNTRIES EFFECTIVE EMPLOYERS Asked to rate their bosses, employees have delivered a modest pass mark for the performance of their leaders, with a score of 6.4 out of 10. PREPARATION FOR FUTURE SUCCESS RECOGNITION AND REWARDS AT WORK Only 37% say their bosses have done a good job in preparing them for the future. Those in the Americas are the best prepared for future success. Less than half (44%) of employees say their efforts at work are recognized and rewarded.
