PREPARATION FOR FUTURE SUCCESS RECOGNITION AND REWARDS AT WORK Only 37% say their bosses have done a good job in preparing them for the future. Those in the Americas are the best prepared for future success. Less than half (44%) of employees say their efforts at work are recognized and rewarded.
