Before, during and after photos, showing: your client happy and doing well before the injury your client in the hospital or taking physical therapy and your client now, in a wheelchair or using a walker, or staring out a window, unable to walk or play. A chronology of events from the time of the accident, detailing each hospitalization and therapeutic treatment. Copies of all hospital records. • Copies of all medical reports. A detailed calculation of lost wages and lost earning capacity, either by an economist, an actuary or by you if the case does not justify the expenditure for their fees.
