How Solar Power Works

How Solar Power Works SOLAR PANELS: Solar panels are made up of photovoltaic (PV) cells, which convert sunlight into DC power. UTILITY GRID: The solar system is connected to the utility grid. Whenever your system makes more power than your house can use, you send the power back to the grid and spin your meter backwards for credit. 2 INVERTER: ELECTRIC PANEL: The DC power is sent to an inverter, which converts the electricity into usable AC power. The AC power travels from the inverter to the electrical panel, or breaker box. This energy is then available to power your home. Brought to you by: (Stellar Solar San Diepols Bost Sojor
