In 2015 we're looking forward to a great leap forward in design evolution. We've seen some great jumps over the past few years in design shifts. Flat design exploded onto the scene in 2013 but has now...
been replaced with the popularity of Material Design moving into 2014. Authentic, free stock photos are now easier than ever to find and use in projects. Free high-quality fonts continue to be used in better web and printing projects.
We've made a few bold predictions that are brand new for 2015 as well. Magical realism is being applied to design in the same way it's been applied to literature - adding magical objects to ordinary surroundings to create a surreal atmosphere. We also think the time of widespread cinemagraphs has come.
