VISA TWITTER STATION THE IMPORTANCE OF CELEBRITY TWEETS TO VIRAL IMPRESSIONS On January 28th, in collaboration with Twitter and the NFL, Visa launched the go-to site for tweets about the Super Bowl. This twitter "station" not only aggregated important sports analyst and player tweets, but also featured powerful real-time visualizations of the volume Super Bowl related keywords being tweeted, including one that pitted mentions of "Packers" against mentions of "Steelers." By the end of the Super Bowl, tweets mentioning or linking to the station had SUPER BOWL generated 47 million viral impressions of the Visa brand.
