COCAINE ABUSE: ATLANTA IMPACT Cocaine use, abuse and trafficking continues to be one of the greatest challenges facing Atlanta, Georgia. This area serves as a hub for cocaine distribution to drug markets across the Eastern United States including Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Cocaine is trafficked from Atlanta to eleven other states hidden in cars, in trucks carrying merchandise, and on planes hidden in luggage.
