This wedding budget is the highest out of all the cities in the U.S. and if that number is enough to make your jaws drop, wait 'till you find out about the luxury wedding segment! The luxury wedding segment - a whopping 9 billion industry -- is made up of those who've spent more than $100,000 on their weddings and this segment comprises of 85,000 weddings in 2011 alone.
