The Home Industry Leadership Board shares current trends from their annual Homeowner Mood and Mindset Survey. PROJECT RESEARCH When it comes to finding a service professional, the Millennial Generation prefers to get referrals from internet sources including online directories and Google Search. The expectation of undertaking a home improvement project for the purpose of "going green" decreases with age. They also have higher frustration with communication about potential extra costs, project timelines and potential problems.
