WRITER'S BLOCK: Causes, Types, Antidotes and Quotes! WHAT IS WRITER'S BLOCK? ANTIDOTES GETTING INSPIRED • People that walk at least 1.5 Hours a week show better cognitive development. TAKE A WALK • Talking to people might inspire the subject of your next piece. • Walking 18 miles or more per week, can reduce memory loss. • Exercise positively affects the levels of certain mood-enhancing neurotransmitters in the brain • Tackle that huge pile of bills, receipts, BE PRODUCTIVE magazines and papers, it might help you pick a subject, a DIY on organizing or simply get you in the right mood. • Share previous work, use social media outlets to promote previous pieces you have written, you might get the feedback you needed to get inspired. • Organize a room in your house, sometimes objects might trigger a story...a story will inspire you to write. • Try to recall an important milestone in your life..got it?
