CREATIVE CONVERSIONS Converting your loft or garage is the quickest way to add substantial value to your home. Microwave and mini-fridge stocked with all the 'essentials! Make sure you install sufficient power outlets to power all your appliances safely. Windows with blackout blinds to reduce glare when completing the all important last level on your xbox Emergency pizza/Chinese takeout ordering device. 18 Standard issue leather recliner for you. Lumpy bean bag for your best friend who invades your space every weekend. Go for dark reds, oranges and shades of grey for a retro man cave look. Home Office Turn your loft into a fully functioning workplace with a personal touch... Ensure there's always time for tea by installing outlets for a kettle, (and a microwave for when you find your forgotten cuppa 2 hours later.) If you're unable to have windows on the end wall, get skylights installed on the side of the house that gets the most sun for maximum light! Needing some inspiration? Fill every awkward corner with pictures, photos and ornaments to brighten up any small space. Use fitted bookcases to maximise your usable space and keep the clutter down to bare minimum Remember to install adequate power outlets. The loss of important work before deadline day due to power failure is the last thing you need.
