THE RIGHT WAY TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT WAY TO EXERCISE Every workout should being a warm-up and end with cool-down period. A warm-up help your bode get ready for exercise. It gradually increases your heart rate and loosens your muscles and joints. A cool-down after you work out is important to slowly bring your heart rate back to normal. Stretch before and after you workout. Remember to drink water at regular intervals. 3 WARM UP STRETCH HYDRATE Warm up and stretching also depends on the type of exercise and workout. Similarly cooling down also varies based on the type of your workout, but stretching is recommended during a cool down period.
