NURSING HOME ABUSE AND NEGLECT Asking a loved one to move into an assisted living facility or nursing home can be a difficult decision to make but in some cases it is necessary. Such facilities may be required because of health needs, financial costs, or personal limitations. If you have a loved one who is residing in a nursing home, then you need to know that the nursing home owes your loved one a duty of care.
