Butter has got many more health benefits than margarine. Secondly, the dark chocolates; many people think that the chocolate (Of course, the yummy) is very unhealthy. But, again it is big myth, which people follow. Dark chocolates are actually good for health. It is full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, controls blood sugar, and even good for heart. Similarly, carrots, potatoes, and egg yolk are also avoided due the myth that they are unhealthy. But, actually each of these foods has their own health benefits. So, don’t hesitate in eating these foods. They are actually good for your health.
