Aim for 8-10 glasses of fluid per day DON'T SKIP MEALS This tip is not just to keep your metabolism working, although that is one of the benefits. Truth is if you space out your meals and don't skip them, you will feel ful| the entire day. That way you don't get home with cravings to raid your pantry for sugary snacks. Create small attainable goals and long term goals. By taking your long term goals and splitting them into several small attainable goals you create a path to success for yourself. With each win you get closer to living a healthier lifestyle.
