THE EVOLUTION OF MOVEMENT IN GAMING Whether vehicle, currency or reward, movement has been the cornerstone of games since Roman times, in ever-changing ways. Explore with us the ways that movement and games have intersected over the years. The big question is, what's the next move? PEOPLE HAVE PLAYED MOVEMENT GAMES THROUGHOUT HISTORY. JACKS (aka "knucklebones") have been played since ancient times. Now typically made with plastic or metal, originally the "knucklebones" were a bone taken from the ankle of a sheep.
