ALLOW EXTRA COOKING TIME FORA STUFFED TURKEY CHECK YOUR TURKEY IS COOKED! DOUBLE CHECK. it's piping hot throughout there's no pink meat left its juices run clear (when thickest part of the leg/breast is pierced with a clean fork) Allow the turkey to rest for 30 mins before carving.
