USE KITCHEN TWINE OR UNSCENTED DENTAL FLOSS. 5. WITH A THIN SPATULA, GENTLY LOOSEN THE SKIN OF THE TURKEY FROM THE BREAST MEAT. 6. SPREAD 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER UNDER THE SKIN OF THE TURKEY. 7.
