When made correctly smoothies can provide the important protein, vitamins and minerals helping to maximise your nutrient intake. We've whipped up a quick five step guide of how to get the best from your blender. ADD FRUIT & VEG Choose 2-4 types of fresh or frozen fruit or vegetables.
