How to Make the Perfect Mint Julep
HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT MINTULEP Make a simple syrup by I boiling sugar and water over a stove for five minutes. Cool and place syrup in a covered container with 6 2. to 8 sprigs of fresh mint, then refrigerate overnight. Fill a julep cup* with crushed 3 ice, 1 tbsp of mint syrup and 2 ounces of Kentucky Bourbon. Stir rapidly with a spoon to frost the outside of the 4 cup.
