Garlic Mushrooms in Yoghurt (Serves 4) (1) Boil 250g 2) Heat 3T olive oil and add: basmati 2 green chillies, seeded & chopped rice (1.5C) 3 garlic cloves, chopped O0 1 bay leaf Cook for 1-2 min. 30øg white mushrooms med-high . (3C), sliced Saute to taste. Take off fire and add: 40øg labneh or strained 2T cilantro. chopped yoghurt (1C) 2T mint, chopped 1t salt Stir till heated through and serve with the rice.
