Chilli chocolate sauce (Makes 1.5C) 10øg dark chocolate (1/2C) 14Øg butter (2/3C) Heat till melted. 2t 20g cocoa cayenne powder (1/4C) 3т pepper sugar Stir till pinch of salt smooth. 12Øml cream (1/2C) Pour over ice cream, dip cookies or fruits, inject into cupcakes.
