ENERGY Foods THE BEST ADVICE for anyone who wants to lose weight and gain more energy is to get off the couch and eat more fruits and vegetables Complex Carbohydrates Good Fats Go for almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, olive oil ,coconut oil, fresh greens, avocados, and dark chocolate.
