A group of high level professionals from EU Members States Belgium Germany and Mediterranean Partner Countries France Spain Italy Greece Turkey Portugal Malta Lebanon Cyprus Morocco Tunisia Jordan Israel Algeria Palestine Egypt EMEG is based up on a total number of *45 experts divided in sub-thematic groups Water Food Energy high quality affordable resource renewable efficiency energies 3 Doing what? main societal challenges in the Mediterranean region 2 EMEG develops a conceptual frame accounting for different issues and stakes to ensure a sustainable and integrated research and innovation approach to Water, Food, and Energy EMEG provides recommendations and inputs for actions to the European Commission in order to frame and orient the Euro-Mediterranean agenda towards the real societal needs EMEG acts as a bridge to channel proposals and comments coming from civil society's organizations, researchers, and active citizens into its recommendations and inputs to policy-makers EMEG will launch Lisbon an OPEN CONSULTATION soon Stay tuned for updates!
