By contrast, employees only ranked this as #7 out of a list of 10 options. Employees are enthusiastic about general management and business skill training, ranking this #4. Employers did not see this being as valuable and ranked it #8. Employers perceive opportunities to train others as relatively important, and assign this activity a rank of #5.
