THE SCHOOL OF TODAY IN NUMBERS The UK population grew by almost half a million last year, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics. As a result, school numbers are booming. From first languages to free school meals, the Department for Education's statistical report for 2015 provides a comprehensive view of the Britain's schools as a whole.
