POST-DEGREE “HONE & SHUFFLE" This may sound like a name for a new dance, but the post-degree "Hone & Shuffle" is a term to describe the period after a person gets their degree. First they did the "Zig-Zag", and then they did the "Swirl". Now they're doing the "Hone & Shuffle".
