States With The Most Technologically Savvy School Districts The EPE Research Center collected data on 10 different indicators across two important areas of state education technology policy and practice: use and capacity. The data was obtained from a 2008-09 school year survey of technology officials from all 50 state departments of education as well as the District of Columbia.
