According to a recent Beyond.com survey, Baby Boomers need to show HR departments across the country that they're able to learn, are indeed tech-savvy, and will bring an innovative perspective to their organizations. The oldest generation in the workplace isn't angry or close-minded. They're loyal team players that are eager to get to work.
