Everything in the Internet depends on computers being able to communicate with each other - for that, they need a common language or Proctocol Suite. The Internet Protocol Suite (literally a set of protocols) is known as TCP/IP. The protocols used in the internet are overseen by The Internet Seciety, a non-profit group established in 1992. 2.
