How do we retain Millenials in Hospitality?

HOW DO WE RETAIN MILLENNIALS 2 IN IN HOSPITALITY Millennials are 15% less likely to stay with their employer for the next 2 years than Generation X 1 QUIT 15% Why? Recognise their hard work - especially considering long shifts and unsociable hours. Give them more training & development so they feel valued, invested in.
