Don't try to validate them just now, simply stick the PESBS as what you currently believe. Smll Buciness Freelancers Prefers your solution Can live with existing solution Its not a bad idea to simply concentrate on just one target group. You can itera- tively move onto others later #4 List Select your most lucrative target group. (With most PESBS in prefers your solution row) Make a list of all the people you know from your target group. chndoe If you don't know enough, look up LinkedIn or other social media apps. Call up people you know and ask them for references. Go to conferences and connect with speakers Obtain their contact details, email-ids, phone numbers, addressess. You'll need to meet them Step #5 Meet Meet your target users and validate your assumptions. Find out if the prob- lem is real and something he/she would be willing to spend time, effort and money on.
