OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS Our initial production phases include stock cutting raw materials and a trip to the darkroom to make a screen of your design. Our skilled color experts have over 50 years of experience in mixing the color you want. Screen printing is the traditional choice for specific colors or harsh environments but Mcloone offers 4 color digital printing as well. Custom ink images are screen printed on the base material before sending it to a high temperature oven or UV light to set. After undergoing another quality check, your nameplate can move into our specialty finishing areas such as doming, embossing, laminating or numbering. Processes such as these help define and refine your custom nameplate.
