6 behaviours of successful CEOS Uvavi Inc. 1 Create your company It often becomes that people around you have a major influence or a subliminal impact in your daily routines and habits. 2 Own up to it Successful people know that the type of people they want to associate with are the ones with similar mindset. People with ambition and deter- mination tend to have positive influences on other people and vice versa. Successful people know that if its their mistake, they admit it. You won't hear that the economy or someone else is to blame with them. The company you keep should be thought about, from your friends to co-workers. By thinking about people logically of how they impact your character, you can keep in touch with them, reduce the amount of time spent with or cut them loose. The typical response of a poorly managed team: "She could not get the job done so we failed where as a top performer would say I did not le ad thatpersonproperly By admitting their mistake, it is a harsh reminder whether it is large or small. By serving more, you are putting yourself out there and asking to take on more responsibilities. This way you are creating more oppurtunities and leverage this ability for future benefit. At the same time the plateaus are also obstacles in itself. Once the plateau has been reached, there is a comfort zone. Although it can be difficult at times to do more, but with this advantage you learn new skills, are able to impress and foster new relationships. If the comfort zone is not addressed, then there can be no growth for success. One must always strive to persist for success. 6 Ideas Simply by doing what you need to do is not enough, stepping outside the box is what is needed to succeed. By coming up with new ideas and improvements can foster new levels of development to increase your career and your company. By always listening, observing and asking questions, it can lead to many connections being made. This is what is needed to solve problems and improve on existing systems and models.
