The selection process of the bank is online test, Medical test and Personal Interview. The applicants who hold a graduation degree from any reputed college in India are eligible to apply and the applicant must be between ages 20 to 25 years. The recruitment is based on contract; the contract is for three years. After the completion of the contract the bank conducts an internal exam for the applicants to make their job permanent.
