Truck driving is one of the most mentally strenous jobs there are. With such a big weight behind you at the wheel and an incredible amount of responsibility whilst driving it can really bear down on you. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRUCK DRIVER Start Time: 6:00am Shunting is a job in the General Haulage division where you only deliver to local points around the main depot. Allowing you to get home each night instead of sleeping in the cab for an extended period of time.
