d as little English as possible, we designed a foldable map with a specific bus route map, selected area maps using simple icons to dictate important services and a clear key and list of important numbers and services.
The SCoC asylum seekers project was particularly challenging, due to the minimal English used, but incredibly rewarding as the information pack will make a huge difference to the lives of newly arrived asylum seekers in Swansea.
