Relative Collision Likelihood (Source: Allstate America's Best Drivers Report): This is a percentage comparison between the city and the national average. Hours Lost in Congestion (Source: Inrix Traffic Scorecard): This metric reflects the total number of hours annually, per driver to traffic congestion during peak commute times. Traffic Fatality Rate per 100,000 People (Source: NHTSA): This metric shows the number of fatal road accidents for every 100,000 people. Percent of Commuters With a More-Than-1-Hour Commute (Source: Census.gov): This percentage compares all commuters with those who travel for more than 60 minutes on their daily morning drive. Percentage of Poor-Quality Roads (Source: TRIP): This factor is the percent of roads that were graded as "poor" by TRIP, a national transportation research group, which grades roads as being poor, mediocre, fair, and good. Average Years Between Collisions (Source: Allstate America's Best Drivers Report): This is the number of years between collisions for a typical driver.
