Bristel Cho In 2013, the number of fatalities in the South West has reduced by 275% since 1993* *figures based on breath tests following an accident. Despite this guidance, there's foolproof way of drinking and staying under the limit because alcohol affects each individual DIFFERENTLY. REMEMBER: You may still be over the limit the following morning. ANYONE CAUGHT OVER THE LEGAL ALCOHOL LIMIT WHEN DRIVING WILL BE: FINED UP TO £5,000 BANNED FROM DRIVING FOR ATLEAST 12 MONTHS ON TOP OF THIS, YOU COULD BE: GIVEN BETWEEN 3 TO 11 PENALTY DRIVING POINTS SENT TO PRISON FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS STAY SAFE THIS HOLIDAY PERIOD.
